Bonjour  & Alo,

We hope this finds you and yours well as the summer comes to an end and schools are opening their doors with promise of an exciting new year.  It is also time for our annual campaign to help support our friend Edner and the school children at the Institute Mixte Emmanuel de Meyotte in Haiti. Edner continues to persevere and rebuild his school that was destroyed in the earthquake of January 2010 and provides an education for over 80 children in one of the poorest sections of Haiti.   Last year we raised over $7500. Thank you to all who supported us then!! That money helped to pay the teachers' salaries, rent for the school, electrical bills, support for a food lunch program , as well as buying some benches and chairs.  Also, for the first time we were able to get 5 local dentists to come to the school and provide dental exams to all of the children and staff (check out the photos!).  We were able to purchase 2 computers and 3 folks donated computers as well to help support the computer lab at the school. We would like to be able to do even more this year if we could which is why we are reaching out to you.  If you would like to help us continue to support Edner's school please go to the Go Fund Me campaign link below and you can donate directly.

100% of the donations will again to go directly towards supporting this school.  Edner has been overwhelmed with the generosity that many of you have shown him over the past few years.  He is truly humbled by your kindness as are we.  Please consider helping out again for this worthy cause.  Again we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Also sharing this campaign with your friends is appreciated!!

Merci Anpil,

Cathy
