This Reformer series will be packed full of exercises that specifically increase flexibility and target desired muscle development. We'll be aiming for a more toned core, arms, legs, and glutes, partnered with supple muscles that allow for a fluid, dynamic range of motion.

This class is for people who have a weekly Pilates practice and want to take it to the next level. By taking this series, clients will experience more “bang for their buck” in all other sessions throughout the week.
