This is a truly special studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and funny.  The other people in the classes are friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are effective and joyous. (There’s nothing like laughing through a workout so that you feel good in body and mind afterwards!) My only complaint is that I can only get there when I travel for work - and that’s not nearly often enough. Can’t thank the lovely folks at The Pilates Studio enough for persistently positive experiences.

The teaching is superior and the individualized attention has really helped me. I can't thank the teachers and front desk staff enough. A local treasure! 7/10/24
