This year I started going to the The Pilates Studio on a regular basis using the 10-20-30 package, focusing on the reformer and it has really been a fantastic experience on many levels.  First - my body: after every session I feel more connected to my body, more control over my muscles, and overall just better.  Second - the company: all of the teachers are fantastic.  Not only are they super knowledgeable and dedicated to helping each individual, but they are fun to be around.
