Which Intro Offer Is Best For You?

I'm in pain and daily activities are compromised

The 3 Private Sessions package is your best starting point. Working one-on-one with our experienced instructors means we can tailor each session to address your pain and limitations. After your intro you have many options on what to do next. Your teacher will help you decide.

I've never done Pilates

If you’re relatively pain-free and injury-free, any of our beginner-level group classes would be a great starting point. Choosing the 4 Mat Classes or the 4 Reformer Classes comes down to personal preference, budget and schedule.

However, if you’d prefer a one-on-one introduction, our 3 Private Sessions package is ideal. This personalized approach will give you a solid foundation and prepare you to progress into group classes or small sessions with confidence.

I'm looking to exercise/get fit/strong

Both the 4 Mat Classes and 4 Reformer Classes packages are excellent choices to help you get fit and build strength. Mat classes focus on core strength, while Reformer classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout.

With a wide variety of teachers and classes, we highly recommend trying different options to either find your perfect fit or keep things fresh and surprising.

I have or want to prevent osteoporosis

The 4 Reformer Classes Intro Offer—specifically our Bone Density classes—is a strong fit.
These classes use safe, controlled movements to support bone health, stability, and strength.

I want to learn exercises I can do at home

The 4 Mat Classes Intro Offer is a great choice.
Mat work doesn’t require equipment and can be easily continued at home, with or without simple props.

New to Pilates but active and body aware

Both the 4 Mat Classes and 4 Reformer Classes Intro Offers will be a good fit.
Mat classes are more core-focused, while Reformer classes offer a more full-body experience.
Starting with a beginner class will help you learn the foundations and get comfortable quickly.

Elaine T.

I moved from NYC and was sad to leave my pilates instructors there, but I'm so happy I found such a good new pilates home here. I've done private sessions, small groups, and classes with almost all of the instructors, who all have uniquely effective ways to help me improve my posture, strength, flexibility, and stability. I've never seen or used such a diverse collection of equipment and props, or a group of teachers so eager to invent new ways to benefit from them all. There's a great sense of friendly community spanning all ages and fitness levels, and I'm always excited to walk in the door.
