Mat Classes provide a well-rounded workout that include core strengthening, arm & leg work, stretching, balance, & coordination that will leave both beginner and more advanced clients feeling confident and challenged. These classes are a great way to try Pilates if you don’t have any injuries or physical concerns. Sign ups are required unless you have an active mat class package or membership. Check our schedule for class times & descriptions.

I'm addicted to all the classes and teachers here. I started Pilates while recovering from a serious back injury. Katrina took the time to get to know my body and my goals, and came up with a routine that was safe and more effective than any PT I'd tried. I improved so quickly, and was able to move on to more challenging things to build and maintain my strength, flexibility, and balance. There are options available for lots of different price points, schedules, and learning personalities (focused solo attention or more social group interactions). I've now had sessions and classes with almost all the instructors, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone."
These classes are wonderful! Both Katrina and Laurie are amazing teachers. Their video instructions are easy to follow and fun (even if you have never done Pilates before). I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep running, biking or playing tennis injury-free for years to come.
The instructors are caring and experienced, and the office does follow up on any questions or problems.
