How much does it cost?

New Clients can get to know us with our Live Stream Intro Offers:  1 class for $6 or 3 classes for $12.

Regular price per class is $12.

Our online class membership was developed in response to the Covid-19 Crisis. While the studio is closed, our online membership is “pay what you want”. There are some premade pricing options available online, but if you would like to pay more or less email the studio at ThePilatesStudioinHadley@gmail.com. 

Funds from the online class membership will be used to pay rent and utilities throughout this crisis.

What do I need to take the class?

Any device with Internet access.

A space in your home large enough to lie down.

We suggest a semi-soft mat. If you don't have one you can use a folded blanket.

Please read individual class descriptions to see if additional items are needed.

When are the classes?

Our Live Stream classes are offered Monday- Friday and we have 4 or 5 classes per day.  Our Online Monthly Membership includes access to all class replays for viewing on demand. 

Can I view classes at a later time?

All Live Stream classes are recorded and uploaded to the online library within 24-48 hours.  (please note: occasionally there will be a tech error and a class cannot be uploaded).

Folks with our Online Monthly Membership get access to this ever growing library of classes.

What level are the classes?

Class levels will be listed on the class schedule.  

How do I login into the class?

Visit our schedule to sign up for the class(es) you want to take.  An hour before class you will receive an email from "FitgridxThePilatesStudio" with a unique zoom link.  Join 3 or 4 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.   

ps: with our Online Monthly Membership there is no consequence if you sign up and do not attend. 

Will I be seen/heard?

No. As long as your camera and microphone are turned off you will not be seen or heard.  

After some classes we have a Q & A/Check in time.  If you would like to participate you can turn your camera and microphone on. 

You can type in the chat at anytime. 

Your classes have really helped me get through the pandemic and ensured that despite hours spent in front of the computer I have better core strength and flexibility than I did a year ago.

On a day we try to think about what we are grateful for, let me take this opportunity to thank you for helping me get healthier. What with the Zoom classes and daily walking (& watching my calories), I’ve lost weight, I move more easily, my aches and pains are much reduced, and I sleep more soundly. Still a work very much in progress, but definitely heading in the right direction. (Still can’t sit cross-legged... 🤷🏻‍♀️). In fact I gathered up the courage to do the Hot Chocolate Challenge this year! Not a run this year - that would have been a non-starter for me. But a year ago, I wouldn’t have considered it.

For someone like me whose schedule has been upended by the pandemic, the on demand classes are perfect. Getting some movement and breathing in, seeing the familiar faces from the studio, feeling a bit like life is normal again in some ways - it all comes with the classes. I highly recommend them!

I am an older client who comes to the Pilates Studio in Hadley to work with an individual trainer twice a week.  Generally I do not really feel like going to exercise what with past injuries and arthritis.  However, after the first step inside this uniquely friendly Pilates studio I find the warmth and and good cheer of all the trainers, along with the upbeat laughter throughout the studio, begins to make me feel better immediately. By the end of each session I am always so glad I made myself come because I my body feels more capable and I feel thoroughly cheered up.  The program my trainer guides me through is tailored to my individual needs and the philosophy of the whole studio is to meet the clients where they are and build from there, no matter what their capabilities.  And that includes challenging the already super fit as well as the disabled. I have made more gains in my personal fitness and general feeling of well-being following the Pilates program than any other fitness program I have enrolled in.  I enthusiastically encourage anyone to come and learn on their own how the Pilates Studio of Hadley program can enhance their life.
