If you are looking for a welcoming place where it will be a joy to work out and get in shape, you've found it at The Pilates Studio! The teachers are so knowledgable, friendly and encouraging. I've been going for a year and plan to keep going for many more!

This is a truly special studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and funny.  The other people in the classes are friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are effective and joyous. (There’s nothing like laughing through a workout so that you feel good in body and mind afterwards!) My only complaint is that I can only get there when I travel for work - and that’s not nearly often enough. Can’t thank the lovely folks at The Pilates Studio enough for persistently positive experiences.
