Every morning you'll receive an email from Laurie that lays out your daily assignment: What to do, how to do it and for how long. These mini Push Up Prep workouts will be 4-5 exercises and less than 7 minutes.
Do it!
Complete your daily Push Up Prep workout at least 1x per day. If can repeat it for an extra boost. You'll also receive bonus mini workouts that you can plug into your day when you're:
