Katrina says to all of her clients, “I know movement and I know movement really well” A lot of injuries are due to postural imbalances that manifest over time, and movement training will create learning that keeps the postural habits in check.Pilates himself believed that when part of the body is injured, creating strength in the rest of the body is what will aid in rehabilitation the most.The instructors at the Pilates Studio are happy to work with any doctor or Physical Therapist in creating a movement program that will aid in rehabilitation and continued strength!
