All types of riders are welcomed and encouraged. The Pilates principles and exercises are well-suited to improve a rider’s form and performance on a horse. Specifically, Pilates can correct inbalances in posture, and asymmetrical patterns that are adversely affecting a person’s riding. In this Pilates for Riders class, participants will learn the principles and exercises that will best benefit their riding. Suzanne Mente has been riding, teaching and coaching for over 20 years. Her expertise on the horse and her talent as a Pilates Instructor are the perfect combination and this class is the only like it offered in the Pioneer Valley!
