This is the most professional knowledgeable group of instructors I have ever worked with (PT included). It's also a really kind and inclusive place. I felt instantly at ease, they met me right at my level, and offered encouragement and insight. I am more knowledgeable, I am pain free, and I'm stronger -- what more can you ask for!
