Take Live Pilates Mat Classes with The Pilates Studio from the comfort of your home (or office, hotel, college dorm, etc.)
If possible, we recommend you take a few Group Mat Classes in person before joining in from home. If that is not possible, we also offer Private Mat Sessions (in person or from home) to prepare you for class.
How?We are broadcasting our classes through Google Hangouts. Here is a step by step guide to get you ready for class:
1.Create a google+ account. Visit google.com and click on the you+ in the upper left hand corner. You’ll either need to create a free google account, or sign in with your current account. Laurie is also happy to help you set one up while you are at the studio.
2.Connect to The Pilates Studio. You can find us by searching for Laurie Johnson Pilates. Any trouble? email Laurie, or call her at 413-586-3504.
3.Test it out with us: we want to make sure everything works before you come to class, so email Laurie or call her at 413-586-3504 to schedule a time to do a practice “hang out”.
4.Now you are ready! when you want to come to a class, just tell us (in person, via email, or phone) ahead of time and Laurie will invite you to “hang out”.
