Apparatus Sessions

Private, Semi Private, Small Group and Independent Sessions are all set up by appointment. All sessions are 50 minutes.

Group Classes

Group Mat and Group Apparatus classes meet weekly. All classes are 50-60minutes.

Other Packages

Includes our Pilates Week and Weekly Open studio.

Policies and info for new clients

Whether you are starting with The Introductory Package, or one of our Group Classes feel free to come a few minutes early. We’ll have a few forms for you to fill out, and you can get familiar with our space.
